How to Drive Wifi 6E–MT7902

To get the MediaTek MT7902 Wi‑Fi 6E working on Windows (10/11 64‑bit), follow these steps:

    

   1) Check Hardware &BIOS

  • In Device Manager → Network adapters, you should see:

    MediaTek Wi‑Fi 6E MT7902 Wireless LAN Card

  • If missing or yellow exclamation:

    you need the driver files to reboot.

  • 2) Install / update driver (3 methods)

    Find the latest driver in our website or from the sales.

    Manually install in Device Manager

    1. Win+X → Device Manager
    2. Expand Network adapters → Right‑click Bluetooth deviceUpdate driver
    3. Find Browse my computer for drivers (if shown)→ Find the Driver files on the PC
    4. Check the Bluetooth and you can find the updated drivers OK now

    3) Verify Wi‑Fi 6E (6GHz) is working

    1. Connect to a Wi‑Fi 6E (802.11ax) 6GHz router.
    2. In Wi‑Fi properties:
      • Network band: 6 GHz
      • Protocol: Wi‑Fi 6E (802.11ax)
    3. If only 2.4/5 GHz appear:
      • Confirm router broadcasts 6GHz SSID.
      • Check BIOS 6GHz enable.
      • Update MT7902 driver to latest.

    4) Bluetooth (shared MT7902 module)

    • The same driver package usually includes Bluetooth 5.3.
    • In Device Manager → Bluetooth, look for MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter.
